Processing Times

All orders are being posted within 1-3 week days, unless there is a public holiday.

Please note that pre-orders will take up to 2-3 weeks to handcraft before they are shipped. You'l receive an update as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Tracking

Currently all orders in the UK  are sent Tracked 48 with Royal Mail. You'll be provided with the tracking number when you receive your “order dispatched” email.

Everywhere else is sent via Tracked International post with Royal Mail. They usually arrive very quickly, but please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your order - longer during busy holiday periods!

United Kingdom:

Tracked within 48 hours 

Europe:

Unfortunately due to new regulations, I am currently unable to ship to the EU

Rest of the World:

Tracked 2-10 business days (depending on your location).
